We were a day late refunding this customer within our 72hr promised timeframe and apologize for the poor experience. We refunded the customer in full and they are now satisfied. Our mistake for not refunding within the specified timeframe and we take responsibility for that.

Requested a refund after submitting the paperwork before the 30 days expired no refund. A second installment was then deducted off my credit card with no authority.
